Guzmania Luna, Amaranth, Ultra, etc. (purple) Guzmanias are found mostly in the Andean rain forests of Columbia and Ecuador growing on trees in shaded, humid areas. All of the colors I offer (purple, orange, red, yellow, and orange with yellow center) are Dutch hybrids. The fountain of color that emerges from the center of these plants lasts for three or more months. Water about once a week and provide medium to bright, filtered light. Guzmania Luna comes in a 6" pot and is the largest of the three purple plants I offer. Guzmania Amaranth is a tall 4" pot purple and Guzmania Ultra is a short 4" pot purple.)
